I tried to e-mail you, but that didn't seem to work. Anyway, what I'd really like to see is live theater. Round House has been such a disappointment. As usual, Bethesda got the real theater and we got the ministage used by student groups etc. Most of the time, it's totally dark.:( Of course, professional theater would be great, but I'd be happy to have a good amateur group like Silver Spring Stage move to the downtown area.

Woodside_boomer is misinformed about the Round House Theatre. In the past 8 months, professional groups like the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, Discovery Theatre, dog & pony DC and Happenstance Theatre have performed in Silver Spring. In fact the theatre is rarely dark on the weekends. Keep an eye on the Round House website or in the Silver Spring Penguin and you will see that there are a number of plays performed in Round House's Silver Spring theatre.
